Refund policy
If a paid plan is not for you, ask within 14 days and it is refunded. No forms, no questions.
Paid plans and credit packs
Email hello@shipwork.io within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Include the Stripe receipt or the plan link. Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe.
After 14 days
Annual plans are prepaid and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current period; we do not pro-rate the partial period.
The free checks
Every checker is free, so there is nothing to refund. The free tier is never gated.
