Privacy policy
The short version: a check reads the page you give it and forgets. We only keep a record when you ask us to watch a store.
What we do not keep
- No account and no password. There is nothing to sign up for.
- Check results are not stored. A check fetches the URL you provide, returns the findings, and is discarded.
- No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts that follow you across sites.
- We never sell or share personal data.
What we keep, and only if you use it
- A watch stores the store host, the scan history, and the email address you give for alerts. It is kept so the daily scan can run and so the record page works.
- Anonymous counters record which tool was used and whether it completed. They are aggregate counts with no per-visitor rows and no cookie that identifies you.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details never reach Shipwork; we store only the email and the entitlement tied to your payment.
Cookies
We set no tracking cookies. If you open a credit or watch link, a first-party cookie may be set so the page does not need the secret in every request.
Removing your data
Email hello@shipwork.io with the watch or credit link and we will delete the record.
