Client audits without the manual work
Your clients' stores break the same ways: feed rejections, landing pages that fail crawlers, stock drift, AI invisibility. Run the audit in seconds, send the link, do the fix, put the store on a watch. No per-client signup, no seats, no report factory.
How agencies use it
- Audit on the sales call. Paste the prospect's URL while talking. The findings are the proposal: no "we'll get back to you with an audit" delay.
- Do the feed and crawler work. Disapprovals, mismatches, blocks, markup: the checks name the exact fix per product and page.
- Watch every client store. One watch per store, daily re-scans for a year. The morning-after-a-deploy failure is caught by the watch, not by the client's angry email.
Questions
- Do my clients need accounts?
- No. Every check runs from a URL with no signup, yours or theirs. Send them the result link; there is nothing for them to log into.
- Can I white-label the reports?
- No. The product is diagnostics with fixes, not documents to resell. If white-label PDFs are the business, SEOptimer-style tools fit better; if doing the feed and crawler work is the business, this does.
- How do I monitor client stores?
- One watch per store, re-run daily for a year with the day something changed recorded. Price it into your retainer; the watch is the only paid thing.
- What do I tell clients about data?
- Checks read public pages and catalogues only: the same things Google and shoppers see. Nothing is stored from a check. Point them at the privacy policy; it is one page.
- How do we start?
- Email hello@shipwork.io with your agency name and roughly how many stores you would run through it. First audits are free like everything else. The conversation starts when you want watches across clients.
