Is anything actually free?
Yes. Every month you get 1 free check with no account, and 1 more when you sign up with Google or your work email. A free check shows your score, the size of every problem it found, and the top 3 fixes in full. Unlimited unlocks the whole report and removes the cap.
Why is the free tier limited?
Every check fetches and reads a real site, which costs us money each time. The free checks are there so you can see what Shipwork finds on your own site before you pay. They also stop the tools being used as a scraper against other people’s sites.
What does “unlimited” mean?
No monthly cap on any check, the full report on every run, and no cap on how often a watch re-runs. The daily watch covers up to 5 sites per account. Deep crawls, image audits, rendered checks and full sitemap sweeps draw from a 30-credit monthly allowance included in the plan; a top-up pack covers you if you go past it before your next renewal. There is a fair-use rule so one account cannot be used as a scraping proxy for other people’s sites. When we detect it, the account is terminated and no refund is issued.
Can I cancel?
Monthly is a subscription. Cancel any time from the billing portal link in your receipt email, and access runs to the end of the period. Annual is billed once a year and renews yearly; cancel any time and it runs to the end of the year you paid for. Credit packs are separate from both and are spent, not cancelled.
What is a credit pack for?
One-off jobs without a subscription: a deep crawl, an image audit, a rendered check, or a full sitemap sweep on a large site, priced by how much of it there is. Packs start at $5 for 5 credits and get cheaper per credit the more you buy. Credits expire 12 months after purchase.
